I had to stop the cleaning to deal with a kiddie “situation” grrrrrrr kids!!!! 

Also sons number 4 and 2 came in so I had a check in with them both.

Ok back to cleaning,

4th set of tasks (is it 4th? I’ve lost count😅)
Sweep floor
Mop floor
Put dinner on - slight change in planned meal due to kiddie situation taking up time.

Grrrrr I’m so peed off..... ok gospel back on and cleeeeaaaannnnnnn

That was actually quick and the dishwasher took mercy on me and worked 2nd time/try.
I had a little chat break as my eldest came in from work😍💖

Onto the floors and put dinner on.

I found my Vax Steam Mop when I was decluttering my cupboard and I really want to use it today, first snag is I have no instructions nor can I remember how to use it, second snag is I don’t have the cloth to go on it😫😫 I bought some large heavy floor cloths and am hoping they’ll work.

Send cleaning blessings that it works pleeeaaase... ✨

Yikes! “Just a little job” turns out to be a bit bigger lol.

Right that lot of tasks is done, I also sorted out the recycling as the bag was overflowing.
Oh and I also sprayed my cooker hood and stove with some stainless steel cleaning spray.

The cleaning spray smells sooooo lovely.

3rd set of tasks:
Empty Diswasher (we’ve had to do a few loads) and put contents away
Load and start dishwasher (gonna be task in itself as the dishwasher is playing up)
Clean cooker hood and cooker top

I’m listening to gospel music and it’s really uplifting while doing the chores

Wow that took longer than expected lololol!!!
Clutter seems to have a life of its own.

It’s surprising how a little work makes things look so much better.

I need to sort the bag more at some point but it’s ok for today, I need a place for hats and scarves, gloves etc that’s “eye catching” so the boys can grab and go and not be searching in the mornings.


I did a bit pf meal planning and updated the Diner Board aswell.


2nd set of tasks: make a batch of cleaning spray
                           Make a batch of clothes softener
                           Put washing in dryer and a new load into washer
                           Clear table and sides and clean with cleaning spray

Humph! Why did I leave my essential oils upstairs😫😅

Firstly settle my youngest with a snack after the school run and change my clothes into something comfy (I decide my Christmas tshirt and tracksuit bottoms)

1st set of tasks : put my shoes away,
                           fold jackets/cardis and put other clothes away.
                           Tidy side table and wipe “diner board”

 Right up I get.... back when they’re done
       

I bought a few cleaning supplies and thought I'd share them.

The Mop, Broom, Squeegee with spray bottle, cleaning cloths, floor cloths and bin bags were from Poundland.

Our broom has gone missing - I don't even know how a broom just disapears 🙄. So I picked up a new one. I also picked up a mop as the one in the bathroom needs replacing.

I used a squeegee for cleaning ur shower screens a long time ago and it didn't work well but I realised that it may be soap scum and hard water deposits so I'm going to try a diy solution and this squeegee looks much beter than the last as it has a sponge bit on the other side and also a spray bottle incorporatd.
I will come back with an update when I try it out.



The Fabulosa Disinfectants were from The Range.
I have seen Fabulosa products in cleaning videos I watch on YouTube and thought I'd give the disinfectants a try. There were so many fragrance/varieties! I picked up Mulled Wine, Wild Rhubarb and Unicorn Dust

Wow!! Has 7 months actually gone by?

I have been meaning to blog.... days go by and I put it off to tomorrow.... which as you can see, tomorrow never came 😫

The black cloud has decided to keep me company for the past month... or months but I’m trying to push through...

Anyway.... I have sooo much cleaning to do, I thought I'd get some company lol.

I did a post like this ages ago...prob a couple of years. I’m doing my Kitchen, Dinning room and downstairs passage today as I still need to cook and do all the other evening stuff.
